Present Perfect - A horror movie?????

Hoje resolvi postar sobre o filme de terror em cartaz: "Present Perfect - o Retorno"...hehehe...
Brincadeirinha galera! Present Perfect só se tornará um filme de terror na sua vida
se você continuar com a idéia do "preciso de tradução para aprender Inglês."
Para!!!!!! Não traduza Present Perfect ou você corre o risco de ter um Jason ou uma Samara aparecendo bem na sua frente.
Então, chega de piada sem graça teacher e explica logo.
Vamos lá:


- Definite past time: SIMPLE PAST

Did you study English YESTERDAY? Yes, I studied English YESTERDAY

Did you visit New York 10 YEARS AGO? No, I didn' visit NY 10 YEARS AGO.

Did your best friend call you LAST WEEK? Yes, he callled LAST WEEK.

Did Mary buy a 0km car in 2008? No, she didn't buy it in 2008. She bought it in 2007.

Did you study with T. Rosana LAST SEMESTER? Yes, I studied with her LAST SEMESTER

Did the secretary type the e-mails YESTERDAY AFTERNOON? Yes, she DID.

Did Johh watch "A LAGOA AZUL at the movies? - Yes, he watched it at the movies.
(neste exemplo, o passado definido está implícito pois "A LAGOA AZUL" já não está em cartaz faz tempo né?...rs....)



- Indefinite past time: PRESENT PERFECT

HAVE you STUDIED English for the test? - No, not YET*.

HAVE you EVER* VISITED New York? - Yes, I HAVE ALREADY* VISITED NY.

HAS your best friend CALLED you? - No, she HASN'T.

HAS Mary EVER BOUGHT a 0km car? - Yes, She HAS ALREADY BOUGHT one

HAVE you EVER STUDIED with T. Rosana? - Yes, I HAVE ALREADY STUDIED with her

HAS the secretary TYPED the e-mails? - No, not YET.

HAVE you EVER WATCHED "A LAGOA AZUL"? - No, I'VE NEVER* WATCHED it.


*
EVER = once in your life...

ALREADY = affirmative answer

NEVER = negative answer (= no and I don't have the intention to do.)

YET = negative answer (= no until the moment but I have the intention to do.)
